Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and images of the item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Package the Item

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all Mohagni brand tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Dispatch Shipment

  Send the package back to our centralized warehouse using a trackable courier service and share the tracking details with our support team.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
